Given that our flight left at 8 pm and was scheduled to arrive at 8 am in London, one would have thought that the entire Kress-Davis crew would have slept these hours away. Yet, one should never underestimate the power of a seatback video monitor showing everything from Pacific Rim to World War Z to endless episodes of 30 Rock.
Thus, we arrived a bit more tired than we should have–especially the less regular time zone shifters in our bunch. Still, the excitement of London perked everyone up.
We traveled like locals and, like locals, found kind Londoners at every stop offering to help us carry our bags at lift-less stations or pull up Google maps on their phones to give us better directions. Seriously! Love it!!
